Sour cream is combined with milk, whipped in advanceeggs, salt and melted butter. The whole mass must be thoroughly mixed, and also add wheat flour. The resulting mass must be mixed again. Act quickly, so that the dough does not drag.

Once the dough is ready, it is put in the refrigerator for half an hour, after which you can bake everything you want from it.

In addition to kefir, as a naturalbaking powder can be used and cottage cheese. It should be well mixed with eggs and salt to taste. Sour cream in this case mixed with soda and allowed to brew. Butter must be melt, a little cool, and then slowly pour into cottage cheese, while adding sour cream mixed with soda, and sugar.

The whole mass should be properly mixed, adding flour as needed. Then you can start rolling out the dough, preparing the filling and baking in the oven.
