In addition to Easter eggs and dyed eggs, which invariably appear on the table in almost every home, it's all sorts of meat dishes, for example, homemade boiled pork or the usual cold, and a delicious curd cake, and all kinds of sweets - recipes for the Easter table are varied. Preparing dishes for the Easter table goes on throughout the whole Saturday, beginning with the very morning, but then the hostess is free for several days in the kitchen: it is believed that at least on Sunday, it is better to do nothing at home.

You can add vanilla, nuts, raisins or other dried fruits or candied fruit to the dough. It is best to prepare such a dough by a sponge method. Yeast is dissolved in warm, but not hot milk, along with a small amount of sugar and a glass of flour. Dishes with opaque are covered with a towel and put in a warm place for about an hour and a half. During this time, there should be a lot of air bubbles. When this happens, you have to start mixing the melted butter with the remaining sugar, and when the sugar dissolves and the mixture cools, you need to add eggs there, then combine the mixture with the pomace, raisins and gradually add the flour until a dough of such density is obtained, so that it is easy was removed from the hands. For meat, there are other recipes for the Easter table, but this one is the simplest, but the boiled pork is always delicious.

Curd cake is prepared from a half-kilogramthoroughly grated fat cottage cheese, 100 grams of butter, a glass of sour cream, 150 grams of sugar, three eggs. You can add vanilla sugar, salt to taste, raisins, nuts, etc. First, butter is melted in the pan, then cottage cheese, sour cream and eggs are added there, everything is stirred to a homogeneous consistency, preferably with a blender, brought to a boil on a very slow fire, after which it cools down. In the resulting mass is added sugar, preferably in the form of powder, vanilla sugar and raisins. Then you need to put the mass in the mold and wrap it in gauze or fabric so that excess liquid can drain off. Decorate Easter cake on your own.
